Our History

Built from humble beginnings

We started with just a single van, a strong work ethic, and a bigger purpose to help people. From the beginning, our focus has been on reliability, honesty, and care whether for a vulnerable tenant, a letting agent, or a housing contractor. With every project we took on, we built more than just properties, we built trust. Today, that same drive powers a growing, trusted team across the West Midlands and beyond.

Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver exceptional facilities management services with precision, passion, and integrity.

We are committed to helping our clients protect and enhance their properties through high-quality workmanship, personal service, and long-term care — building relationships that are based on trust, reliability, and results.

Social Value
Commitment

At J.Sondh, giving back is not an afterthought it’s part of who we are.

We proudly work with organisations to create employment opportunities and open doors for individuals looking to build a career in construction. We also offer real-world work experience for students starting out, helping to guide the next generation of skilled professionals.

Through community initiatives, job fairs, apprenticeship shows, and partnerships, we support the growth of our industry and the communities we serve.

Eco-Friendly & Sustainability

At J.Sondh Specialists Limited, we are committed to sustainability. We minimise waste on every job, recycle responsibly, and use eco-friendly materials and suppliers whenever possible. Our team also takes care to reduce fuel consumption and energy use, making every project not only high-quality but environmentally conscious.
